The YOO Lisbon name and logo identify the resort and commercial setting in which the relevant hospitality activities and amenities are located. Their use does not make YOO Lisbon, the resort developer or any YOO brand owner the Fund's manager, promoter or website operator, and does not give Fund investors direct ownership of residential real estate.

Quadrantis Capital — Sociedade de Capital de Risco, S.A. is the management company of South Bay Hospitality FCR and is regulated by the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários, or CMVM).

Purestone Capital, Unipessoal Lda is a tied agent of Quadrantis Capital — Sociedade de Capital de Risco, S.A. Any investment-related activity carried out by Purestone Capital, Unipessoal Lda in that capacity is performed in the name, on behalf of and under the responsibility of Quadrantis Capital, and is limited to the functions expressly assigned under its written tied-agent appointment.

The tied-agent status does not make Purestone Capital, Unipessoal Lda independently authorised to provide every regulated investment service. This website does not expand the scope of its appointment. Purestone Capital, Unipessoal Lda does not make investment decisions on behalf of investors and does not accept investor money or subscription funds through this website.
